As a Mid-Weight Creative, you will join our Creative Team within the Footasylum Marketing Department, ensuring a consistent visual tone of voice across all Footasylum touch points. Generating and developing creative concepts and managing them through the pre and postproduction process.
Working within the Creative Team demands a range of responsibilities including answering marketing briefs, producing creative concept documents, and collaborating with the Studio team to ensure all campaigns come to fruition.
The Team
The Creative team functions as a part of the larger Marketing department and we work extremely closely with Brand, Ecommerce and the Studio team to bring campaigns to the life.
Reporting into the Creative Manager, you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting. You will also have the opportunity for quarterly meetings to discuss longer term strategy and goal setting.
Our goal is to create an environment in which you can learn new skills, gain experience in existing ones and improve your knowledge of the consumer continually. You will be supported in your journey and will be pushed to take on new challenges and expand your knowledge.
The Studio is a dynamic and exciting place to work with every day being different. We have eComm running daily, as well as teams working on social and creative photoshoots. The team strive to create amazing content, always wanting to progress and develop their skills. Teamwork is huge over at the studio. We work collaboratively, supporting and encouraging one another to produce work which we are proud of. It is a fast-paced environment with new jobs being discussed, planned, and shot every day.
About You
A perfect opportunity for a current Mid-Weight Creative looking to challenge them selves or a Junior Creative wanting to take the next steps in their career, looking to soak up the experience but not afraid to challenge the norm with consumer and cultural input.
We are looking for someone to bring vibrance and energy into a studio environment and have the confidence to art direct in a busy on set environment.
To be successful in this role you should be able to confidentially communicate your ideas, successfully implement feedback and be receptive to changing consumer needs and industry trends.
Ideally you will have:
- 3years+ proven work experience as a creative, graphic designer, art director or similar role
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experienced graphic designer
- Skilled creative concept generator
- Experience using adobe creative cloud
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible in a reactive environment
- Confident with the feedback process and implementing into work
- Excellent grasp of industry trends and passion for streetwear and footwear
- Understanding of digital and physical campaign delivery
- Excellent collaborator
