Position: MHE Instructor
Location: Solihull
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern:
Wk1. Mon-Thurs: 06:00-14:15, Fri: 06:00-12:00
Wk2. Mon-Thurs: 13:45-22:15, Fri: 11:45-16:45

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Conduct all Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) training in accordance with current legislation and company requirements
- Issues licenses, update skills matirx and ensure all training records are filed for all employees
- Arrange refresher and corrective MHE Training
- Be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches
- Provide and support Manual handling training

- ITSSAR Qualification is Essential
- MHE Training experience
- Computer literate is a must
- Experience with arranging and managing their daily schedule
- Filing and arranging training
- Communication Skills
