Then join our Parts & Service Engineering team as a Method Engineer where you will produce information and tools for service, troubleshooting and repair for productions within Volvo Construction Equipment.

You will be based in Motherwell and work with the local and global team of technical writers, parts engineers and method engineers.

Key responsibilities will involve:
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and validate working methods, function descriptions, special tools and times for service, troubleshooting and repairs of Rigid Haulers and associated components.
  • Providing product support.
  • Creating data for service bulletins.

Successful candidates will:
  • Hold BTECH HNC/HND in an engineering discipline.
  • Be proficient in the use of an HTML type authoring tool, Catia Composer and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure, supporting multiple projects.
  • Be committed to delivering high quality products to both internal and external stakeholders from start till end processes.
  • Produce quality and accurate technically written material.
  • Have strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders and a team player.
