Job description
We are looking for an amazing Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our Merchandising Team here in our Brighton Office. You will use your organisational skills and driven mindset to assist the Merchandiser ensuring the smooth running of this growing department.
What you'll be doing:
- Running weekly trade reports to distribute to teams and aiding in analysis.
- Aiding the Assistant Merchandiser in the replenishment of stores.
- Creating Purchase Orders and PO management.
- Managing the delivery schedule and identifying intake risks to Merchandiser/Assistant Merchandiser.
- Working with the Buying Team to manage critical path alongside delivery schedules.
- Liaising with our Warehouse Team to ensure stock is booked in on time.
- Providing accurate sizing analysis on a regular basis and presenting to merchandising teams.
- Actioning price changes on a weekly basis under the guidance of the Merchandiser.
What are we looking for?
- Previous retail or MAA experience would be an advantage.
- A positive, enthusiastic team player with an open-minded approach
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail when performing tasks, ability to anticipate and manage problems, with an ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
- Passionate about developing a career within Merchandising
- Ability to come up with ideas and offer solutions
- Excellent Time Management
- Great knowledge and experience working with Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- 30 hour/4 day week with full time salary
