Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 16.00pm, Saturday morning 07:30 to 13:00 available.
Join multi-award winning Ciceley Commercials as a Mercedes-Benz Service Driver and you’ll find you’re working with a team that drives the standard in customer care.
The successful candidate will work closely with the workshop to ensure customers receive the best possible service and experience of our service department. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering customer vehicles for night shift work and ensuring the yard is organised ready for the next day.

We are looking for a hardworking, presentable individual with excellent organisation and customer service skills. You must be self-motivated, dedicated and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and delivering customer vehicles.
- Parking customers vehicles in required areas ready for work.
- Organisation of yard, ensuring all vehicles are parked efficiently and the area is kept clean and tidy.
- Assisting in moving of vehicles when required.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure that within the area of operation all company and trade associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met. All statutory requirements, including trading standards, fire, health and safety, must always be adhered to.
Essential Criteria
- Class 2 Driving Licence
- Previous driving experience
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
- Professional manner
- Hard working with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to self-motivate
- Organised work ethic
Desirable Criteria
· Class 1 Driving Licence
· Previous main dealer experience
· Previous yard experience

This Driver role is based at our Blackburn dealership which is ideally located just off junction 4 of the M65.
