We have an exciting position for an experienced HR Change Manager to join our HR function, you’ll have specific requirements to support on change projects within our Finance Division.
Reporting to the Head of HR Functions, you’ll be an integral member of the project team and will work closely with colleagues responsible for project communications and change Activities. You will be responsible for supporting more than one project.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working with Head of HR Functions to develop the Change plan and keep this up to date and relevant.
- Leading the change management initiatives, by communicating the people vision and strategy to key stakeholders;
- Managing and influencing internal partners and leading changes using the right tools and processes.
- Managing project implementation, successfully using change management approaches and techniques to implement the Transformation people change programme, in line with Capita values.
- Supporting and upskilling business leaders to successfully lead and implement the change programmes ensuring that respect and best HR practice is at the heart of that implementation.
- Acting as a single HR point of contact and escalation point.
- Co-ordinating communication activity ensuring that the delivery and management of communications is consistent, appropriate, and effective.
What we’re looking for:
- As a HR Change Partner you will need to be a true HR generalist, preferably from a commercial, fast paced, multi-site environment.
- Have experience of working in conjunction with internal and external delivery partners not restricted to HR services.
- Experience of working with multiple trade unions, and industry sectors
- Multiple experience of executing redundancy exercises including changes to work location to onshore, nearshore and offshore.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support and enable strategic business goals including senior managers and those who report to the main board of the Company.
- A good influencer, with proven ability to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions to business problems.
- Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with previous experience of acting as workstream lead as part of multi-faceted programmes.
