Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for individuals with complex needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as required.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing qualifications and registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Proven experience in providing care for individuals with personality disorders, learning disabilities, or mental health issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach.
