£28,949 per year37.5 hours per weekPermanent contractBased in London Borough of LewishamHybrid working considered in line with policyBromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind are working in partnership with South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) to deliver a Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT) for Lewisham.The integrated team provide support to people with long-term mental health problems within a primary care setting, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.We are looking for a full time Mental Health Advisor to work alongside SLaM colleagues to deliver this service.As part of an effective Information Advice and Guidance team you will have the caseload management experience and skills to deliver focused, person-centred, individual support and IAG (Information and Guidance) on a wide range of social issues including housing, employment, and socialising, liaising appropriately with specialists and professionals.Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.Closing date: Sunday 15th October (11:59pm)Likely interview date: Week beginning Monday 23rd OctoberAbout BLG MindWe are a local Mind with a diverse workforce of over 400 staff and volunteers,working to support people with mental health problems and dementia in the boroughs of Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich.
