What's the role about?
As our Menswear Stylist you will provide the styling and on set direction for clothing and non-clothing products according to brand guidelines and creative direction. Execute on the brand's vision to represent the product in an elevated aesthetic showcasing the design features to the customer. Ensuring consistency and alignment to the creative vision across channels and product categories whilst delivering on our commercial ambitions.

- Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams - Design, Buying, Creative
- Extensive and autonomous styling ability – across a range of categories.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare outfits that inspire and engage the customer in accordance with the shoot schedule. Pre-style, collaborate and follow relevant approval processes with brand stakeholders.
- Onset styling. Collaborate with the photographer and onset team to provide pose direction to the model. Accurately represent the product, ensure that the USP's are considered and visible in imagery.
- Responsible for ensuring the correct size products are available and amended or pinned to fit on set.
- Own image selection, identifying the most appropriate poses and images that are both commercial and creative.
- Support if necessary on Campaign, Lookbook and Content shoots-Under the direction of the Creative/Art Director dress and prepare the models for the shoot, step in where necessary to adjust the garments on set.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that the schedule is adhered to and timing is appropriate.
- Communicating e-commerce status to the wider business, develop strong relationships with the menswear team at head office.
- Research and produce guides, trend reports and training documents for menswear e-com team.
