Oracle is seeking an innovative, detail-oriented marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, to drive integrated marketing campaigns across the globe. This marketer will be a trusted advisor to the business and will plan, execute, and measure demand generation marketing programs to in order grow sales pipeline and revenue for the sales organization.
They will be responsible for translating business requirements into marketing objectives and integrated tactics, aimed at significantly increasing awareness, driving demand generation, and pipeline acceleration for the Hospitality Global Business Unit.
They will also contribute to project management of global marketing campaigns and work with content stakeholders to coordinate messaging and supporting assets that maximize pipeline, revenue and awareness. They will plan and identify the content and assets to support marketing activities that map to target audiences at the appropriate customer buying cycle stage.
The ideal candidate has a track record of executing multi-faceted marketing programs, campaign management and lead generation, is metrics-oriented, capable of interpreting reports, and turning reports into tangible business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of our strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives
- Develop and execute best-in-class campaign architecture to drive sales – this includes content creation, events, e-mail marketing, and customer engagement
- Work with the broader Hospitality marketing team, sales, product marketing, and product management to build regional campaign strategies with a strong value proposition and messaging, contact acquisition strategy, and content that delivers results
- Organize and facilitate customer webcasts with the sales teams and organize participation at industry tradeshows and customer conferences
- Work closely with Oracle Digital Content Marketing to ensure all aspects of the campaign are digitally optimized and fully support SEO/SEM strategies and results
- Track and analyze engagement, response, MQLs and marketing generated pipeline to assess program performance and lead management success
- Create and manage program budget, measure ROI through metrics analysis and reporting
- Maintain translated marketing material and content across various Oracle platforms for consumption by customers
What would make you a strong fit
- Minimum 10+ years marketing experience, preferably at a B2B tech company or B2B tech marketing agency focused on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or cloud-based software
- Experience of B2B marketing to independent and global organizations, preferably with knowledge of the IT and hospitality sectors, and the ability to demonstrate out of the box thinking in how to deliver communications
- Track record of owning digital campaigns and driving successful outcomes
- Exceptional writing skills: writing, proofing and editing materials
- Expertise in project management and organization
- Solid understanding of planning, negotiation, and execution of marketing activities
- Ability to tell a story visually and basic graphic capabilities a plus
Evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures. Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. Defines vision, strategies, and tactics. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
