As a Membership Recruiter, you will join an amazing team of employees and volunteers, making sure all our visitors have a great time from the moment they arrive until they say goodbye. You will be visitor focused as part of the welcome team at site, providing excellent customer service, where your passion and enthusiasm will engage and inspire our visitors to become members of English Heritage, helping them to see more and do more at our properties whilst helping us to secure the long term future of the Charity.

Framlingham Castle is one of medieval England's finest baronial fortresses owned for over four centuries by the earls and dukes of Norfolk. It has an impressive wall walk with thirteen strong towers and views over the surrounding countryside

We're looking for someone with an enthusiasm for working face to face with visitors who enjoys working with others as part of a team to deliver an engaging visitor experience to a diverse audience with a focus on promoting and selling membership.

You enjoy and have the personal drive to succeed and thrive on exceeding targets as part of a team.

As a confident communicator, you will be comfortable building rapport with our visitors and using your skills to tell them about our wonderful properties and encourage them to join English Heritage as members.

Training and support will be provided as part of your induction to the role, but some paid or voluntary experience working with the public may be beneficial.
