Test Team Lead

My client is a UK market leading software house who builds a bespoke software solution, and because of our ongoing success and expansion have become a leader in the tech industry. We have combined our industry knowledge and technical expertise to create an award-winning flagship product.

• Salary up to £50,000 + Benefits
• Stoke-on-Trent, hybrid 2 days a week in office
• API / iOS / Android / Jira / Web / Mobile

Role Overview

• Mentor and coach the team to assist with the great development and growth.
• communicate with the Product Managers, Development Managers, Development Team Leads
• carry out functional and API testing across our web and mobile applications
• Immerse yourself into your role, you will be planning, organising, and reporting on the Testing phase of projects

Role Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Commercial Software Testing experience, ideally across web and mobile
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask health and well-being budgets and events
• Experience with API Testing
