Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled science writer to join our team. As a science writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that is scientifically accurate and engaging for our audience.
Responsibilities:
· Research and write content on a variety of scientific topics, including health, technology, and environmental issues
· Ensure that all content is factually accurate and written in a clear and concise manner
· Collaborate with our team of editors to ensure that all content meets our high standards for quality and accuracy
· Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that all content is scientifically accurate and up-to-date
· Stay up-to-date with current scientific research and trends in order to produce timely and relevant content
· Help develop new content ideas and pitch them to our team
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics)
· Proven experience as a science writer, with a portfolio of published articles or other written content
· Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail
· Strong research skills and the ability to interpret scientific studies and research
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
