Levitas Clinic (formerly the Mews) are looking for a creative, adaptive and energetic individual with strong people skills to act as ambassadors of first impression in our revolutionary London (Mayfair) Anti -Ageing clinic.

You would be located at our band new site on Woodstock Street in central London but joining a wider team at our other busy and exciting locations!

The role will be supporting the wider team in reception duties and informing clients of our innovative services.

The post is well suited to individuals who are people friendly and customer focused and with a desire to develop new skills and interested in progressing their ambitions.

The role will primarily be based in London but may extend into sites in Guildford and Esher.

We are a 7-day-a week organisation and the weekend rota is established on a fair share basis with all members of staff contributing to this. The role will involve an essential one weekend a month (with weekdays leave in lieu).

Broad job description:

  • Dealing with all telephone queries/requests and acting as liaison with the office team as necessary.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls. Diverting them as appropriate, and/or taking and passing on messages.
  • Making appointments via the computerised diaries and collating appropriate paperwork.
  • Liaising with service users, staff and other healthcare professionals including Pharmacists, Doctors, Medical Secretaries.
  • Stock management and control through weekly stocktakes

Essential qualities:

  • Excellent inter-personal skills with both work colleagues and patients
  • Excellent ability to use IT including learning new software packages- word, excel and power-point skills are essential (Please note we use Mac computers so knowledge of this would be preferable)

We work on a rota basis - shift patterns are 7am-2pm or 1pm to 8pm. Some flexibility in this.

Full induction will be provided.
