Berkhamsted Foot Clinic is a small, friendly and well established podiatry clinic in the village of Berkhamsted. We are seeking a new receptionist with excellent interpersonal, customer service and organisational skills to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in medical or administrative work and is able to take direction well and multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Politely greeting patients and visitors to the clinic. Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls to the clinic and taking full management of the booking system
- Maintaining a clean reception area to show a professional image.
- Making sure that the appointments system runs smoothly and payments are taken efficiently
- Ensuring the medical consulting rooms are fully stocked with essential supplies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-27 per week
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
