Do you have a keen eye for quality? Are you passionate about education? As Medical Education Co-ordinator for Quality you will seek out opportunities to continuously improve the training experience and wellbeing of medical students and postgraduate doctors in training in NHS Borders. In this fast paced environment, you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships, starting at induction through to evaluation of successfully completed placements / posts. You will act as a point of contact for medical students and postgraduate doctors in training, resolving queries and concerns and exchanging essential information. With experience of complex administration and strong skills in Microsoft 365, you will be a highly organised individual who is comfortable using specialised online systems to record, monitor, analyse and report progress against local targets and GMC and Scotland Deanery standards.
