Your communication skills will be second to none, working collaboratively with patients, relatives/carers, and colleagues.
We are also excited to be looking forward to being in the Phase 4a new build in 2023. Part of the ICU will be moving into a purpose-built new build, where state of the art equipment and facilities will be available for our patient.

The post holder will be supporting in the delivery of patient care needs. As a clinical support worker, you will support the nursing team to provide daily clinical delivery of evidence-based practice care to the patients.

Essential Qualification
Essential criteria
- Good standard of general education
- Achievement of National Care Certificate
- NVQ Level 2 health related
- Able to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience in using customer care skills
- Communicates succinctly, clearly, and accurately both verbally and in writing
- Experience of promoting care formally/informally
- Be an effective team member who can relate to colleagues at all levels with tact and diplomacy
- IT skills
- Previous healthcare experience
- Must be able to prioritise and organise own work
- Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent personal appearance and adherence to trust work wear policy
- Experience of working in a team
Desirable criteria
- Recent experience in an acute healthcare setting
