As well as delivering exceptional customer service you will help the cinema to meet daily sales targets by recommending films and up-selling our premium seating
To provide the Specialist Community Practitioner Student with a learning environment which will enable the student to develop knowledge, skills and competencies
Talk to and gain feedback from customers, dealing appropriately with any complaints. To build and maintain a capable team of employees including interviewing
Ability to recognise potential challenges/issues for customers or suppliers. Ability to take ownership of queries or issues. Transfer downgrade data to reports.
