The conferences and events team help to provide coordination and support to all business areas of the Bank. As a planner, you will take responsibility and be a key part of the team on some of the Bank’s most high profile and important events, along with supporting colleagues on large flagship projects.

Your key responsibilities
Organising an event from concept to completion (some virtual)
Overseeing budget management and approval, invoice management & reconciliation
Managing website builds, invitation & registration process, attendee tracking, reporting
Searching for venues, Audio Visual & production, Internal and external speaker management
Liaising with the business, key internal stakeholders
Full on-site event management – venue, suppliers, attendees, and staff
Your skills and experience
Experience managing conferences and events as both sole lead & in support roles
Knowledge and experience of virtual conferences, virtual suppliers/platforms
Competent with conference registration systems, website building & content
Preferably experience working in Banking/large corporate
Motivated, reliable, a team player with a “can do/hands on” attitude
