Hudson Dermatology & Laser Surgery is hiring an Experienced Dermatology Medical Assistant for a growing Dermatology office in Hudson Yards. Our office is a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology and is a very warm/ friendly environment that encourages personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Dermatologist in simple procedures and staffing rooms.
- Being able to handle phone calls and voicemails.
- Answering emails.
- Patient intake.
- Compiling medical records, prescriptions, PAs, clinical patient needs, and charts.
- Operating computer software and office equipment.
- Phlebotomy
- Maintaining supplies and appearance for the office.
- Providing top-notch customer service and care to the patients
- Team player
