This company offers Marketing & Advertising services using commercial mail. They help brands and agencies use mail more effectively by combining creativity and commercial focus. They are looking to hire a Direct Mail Media Specialist to join their direct marketing team.
Your new role:
The purpose of this role is to grow and retain client accounts. As well as create and win breakthrough opportunities. The company is looking for a commercially shrewd and innovative individual, with an analytical and strategic approach to revenue and profit generation.
You will also be responsible for:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients to retain and grow new revenues
- Develop and use media and advertising expertise with knowledge about the mail marketplace to identify short- and long-term opportunities
- Working in teams with other Specialists, Channel partners, and other key stakeholders to develop individual and sector sales plans
- Creating and delivering direct marketing campaigns
What you need to succeed:
- Good understanding of marketing sector (ideally direct marketing experience)
- Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrate the ability to engage and influence at board level in large organisations
- Innovative and seen as thought leader with strong networks within the industry
- Successful track record of selling B2B, with a strong understanding of supporting sales methodology
- Good knowledge of the media supply chain and an ability to identify, influence and realise customer benefits
- UK Driving Licence
