RSM are are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our EV (charging) division.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing new locations for EV charging stations, demonstrate a good understanding of our installation services, securing growth for our EV division by building key customer relationships and winning contracted works to install EV charging infrastructure.
The company has ambitious plans for growth and is keen to build a strong team who can grow alongside the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The role of Business Development Manager is largely a telesales focused position although, there may be opportunities to meet new and existing clients face to face:
- Develop new and existing relationships nationwide
- Generating leads by researching the market and identifying new locations for EV charging stations & infrastructure
- Managing the process from prospect to completion of sale
- Respond to inbound leads via phone and email
- Provide outstanding Customer Service and ensure all leads are followed up on a regular basis via email or phone.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of our installation services
- Build and present written quotes to customers which you have engaged with
- Meet and exceed targets and deliver sales through high levels of activity
- Have a positive and proactive approach towards the demands of a rapidly evolving market
- Be a representative for the company to enhance our reputation with customers and partners
- Organise and manage workload effectively
- Work in a team environment, where advice/ideas are discussed between each other, building a strong platform for future sales
- Taking part in meeting sessions for the benefit of yourself and the sales team
