About the Role
We are recruiting a Social Media Coordinator to join our team at The Dickens Inn, a well-loved site in the heart St. Katharine Docks in London.
This is a unique role and you'll play a key part in developing and expanding The Dickens Inn digital presence to create new and engaging content and promote and grow all aspects of the Dickens experience with our followers and customers.
This is an autonomous role, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager and General Manager, so you will need to be passionate, driven and highly organised.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and schedule content across all our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Develop strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to plan and execute social media campaigns
- Analyse the long-term needs of the social media strategy and produce monthly reports to the General Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager
- Set measurable goals for campaigns showing the return on investment
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Great social media awareness and knowledge of best practices across all major social media channels
- Excellent organisation skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be a proactive and enthusiastic team player
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
