Part-Time Social Media Coordinator – West Hollywood, CA

Quixote by Sunset Studios is one of the nation’s premier film and television studios and production equipment rental companies and is looking for a new Social Media Coordinator to join the Marketing & Creative Services team! The Social Media Coordinator will play an integral part in promoting the Quixote and Sunset Studios brands across all social platforms by creating and sharing content highlighting our clients and culture.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Work closely with Quixote and Sunset Studios marketing teams to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals and are aligned with corporate identity, employee culture, and brand strategy.
Create content of and at all Quixote and Sunset Studios locations, by shooting content in-house, outreach to employees, and sourcing social media via geo-locations, tags, and mentions.
Create and follow a schedule to regularly post creative engaging content that is specific to different social media platforms (FB/IG/Twitter/LinkedIn/YouTube/Vimeo/Blog/etc.).
Engage in a positive and constructive manner with clients/users/followers/etc.
Grow brand awareness and improve online reputation.
Create monthly analytics reports for both brands to track progress/effectiveness.
Create collaborative relationships with influencers.
Maintain commanding knowledge of the latest social media trends, cultural moments, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure relevance.
Attend and cover events on behalf of Quixote and Sunset Studios.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience / Abilities:

2+ years’ experience managing social media for two brands
Dedicated experience in Social Media Marketing Management
Proven history of collaborating across multiple disciplines to meet social media goals
Experience with all major social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Later/Sprinklr/Sprout
Highly organized and proactive, always looking for ways to push our brands forward on our social media platforms

Position Type:

Part-Time (commitment of up to 20 hours per week)

Compensation:

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment. In compliance with the California Law, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.

Quixote Studios reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above
