As a Media Planner within our dynamic and innovative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing effective media strategies for our clients. Your expertise and creativity will be instrumental in delivering impactful campaigns across various media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alongside Planning Director, day-to-day contact for key Elida Beauty clients and responsible for the smooth running of the business
- Have an active role in strategic planning alongside the Planning Director – putting together responses to brief, reviewing specialists’ proposals and presenting it to the client
- Support Planning Director in ensuring strategic direction is followed through from client brief to activation ideas and execution
- Support Planning Director and Strategy Lead on annual planning
- Support Planning Director inputting all media plans into MediaTools
- Support and work seamlessly with other DHub teams (commerce, shopper, production, social etc.) to drive growth for our clients
- Ensure daily, open and honest communication / engagement with both the DHub local account team and PGD buyers to build and maintain a positive relationship
- Support Planning Director in driving best-practice thinking, innovation and proactively propose new opportunities
- Able to translate campaign results into digestible key learnings that connect directly across the customer journey, with actionable learnings for the future
- Deliver useful and relevant insights for our clients on the category (including competitor activity, category / consumer trends, seasonal insights etc.)
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in media planning
- Experience in commerce would be great, but not vital
- There will be opportunities to assist with the creative/production side of the business also – the ideal candidate is open to explore this and upskill in new areas beyond media
- Hands on team player, used to motivating, coaching, and managing teams and colleagues from within, happy to get their hands dirty
- Independent and integrated channel thinker, who understands our business across the different silos of creative, strategy, retail, social, and others, to be able to connect the dots and truly think customer journey centric
- Enthusiastic, energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and tasks at once
- Culturally aware, confident, collaborative and enthusiastic
