THE OPPORTUNITY
The B2B Paid Media Manager will collaborate, create, and execute the B2B digital paid media campaigns supporting the engagement strategy and go to market plan across the B2B marketing organization.
In this role, you will have ownership of numerous digital advertising campaigns and be the true face of our B2B paid media programs. You will monitor the day-to-day progress of our multiple workstream digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, paid social, programmatic, and marketing automation supporting the B2B go-to-market plan and be responsible for and handle the overall budget for paid media.
You will collaborate with key partners, and you will ensure campaign cohesion across all marketing channels in conjunction with team support target accounts, personalization plans, and tracking methods for success.
This job is located at our headquarters in Greenville, SC, conveniently located within driving distance to east coast beaches, the Blue Ridge Mountains and large cities like Atlanta and Charlotte. WHAT YOU'LL DO
CHANNEL EXPERTISE
- Act/serve as the paid media subject matter expert developing, implementing, managing, and improving paid media strategies and campaigns for our stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, build ad copy, group keywords, and develop the bidding strategy, to generate a comprehensive paid search strategy.
- Develop, implement, and actively run display advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and 6Sense.
- Supervise digital advertising budget and optimize campaign performance to ensure good health and find opportunities at scale.
- Assist digital team members with paid media lead management and email nurturing through marketing automation platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with the website team to provide recommendations for landing page optimizations to suit paid media lead generation efforts.
- Build and deliver relevant digital advertising analytics reporting to monitor and show progress to internal stakeholders
- Identify optimization opportunities though instituting test-and-learn paid media campaigns to drive efficient growth
- Support the B2B marketing engagement strategy by developing integrated digital advertising campaigns, with an account-based marketing (ABM) focus, aligned to the go-to-market campaign calendar.

- Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic visual direction

- Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and independently as the need arises
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
WORKFLOW
- Paid Media Project Management - handle all aspects of digital advertising configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization - including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
- Digital Campaign Analysis - Define paid search and paid social important metrics, track, and measure results.
- Digital Campaign Optimization - troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to optimize paid social and paid search campaigns
- Continued Learning - Stay on top of new and emerging paid media trends, technologies, and platform advancements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Min. 3-5 years relevant work experience within digital marketing-paid advertising experience.
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field.
- Outstanding analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Experience with various paid media platforms including but not limited to: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6Sense or Programmatic advertising platforms
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
- Advanced Google Analytics, Paid Search, and/or Paid Social certifications are a plus.
