We are recruiting for all Construction Trade Workers based in our undercover manufacturing plant in Wellingborough, and we need you!
We’re looking for skilled Construction Trade Workers that are passionate, hardworking, and specialise in multiple construction trades.

We have some of the most knowledgeable and experienced workers in the industry, and because of this, we also offer training and development so that those with a lower skill level are able to apply for these positions.
We are looking to strengthen our team due to an increased demand for our modular and park homes and require a number of different skills, which are not limited to the following areas:
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- Carpenters
- Carpet fitting
- Roofing
- Painter Decorator
- Window fitting
- Door fitting/hanging (external and internal)
- Skirting and mouldings
- Kitchen and Bedroom Furniture Fitters
- Bench Joiners
- Exterior cladding
- Partition build
- CNC and Mill work

These Construction Trade Workers roles would suit candidates with experience in following areas: production, studwork, windows, exterior doors, linings, noggins, internal hardwood, carpentry 1st fix, kitchen and bedroom furniture fitters, bench joinery, cladding, external walls, CNC machine, internal walls, external cladding, partition build, construction, operative, health & safety.

Essential Skills
- Basic hand tools are essential for this Construction Trade Worker role
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral communication with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
- A good level of fitness and a head for heights
- Experience preferably in the industry or with construction disciplines such as housebuilders, commercial, and leisure
- Qualifications in construction trades
- Health and Safety awareness
Desired Skills
- Park home or modular building sector experience
- Level 3 qualifications in any of the following: Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry
