QUALIFICIATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or graduate Mechanical Engineering
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have Analytical Skills.
- Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and coordinates production procedures in Industrial plant.
- Directs production departments. Regulates and coordinates function of the press area.
- Introduces efficient production line methods.
- Initiates and directs procedures to increase company out-put.
- Any reports such as budget, production and/ or downtime as needed by Operations Manager.
- Any other tasks as designated by Operations Manager.
AUTHORITY/ DECISION MAKING:
- Work on projects as assigned by Operations Manager.
- Write report concerning status and/or updates of said projects.
- Work on Electrical components.
- Adhere to all Company policies.
