We have clients we have been working with since Day One of our inception and we are looking to increase our client base and offer a couple of new services to clients, mainly solar and EV charging.
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative/telesales who will contact new clients to offer our services. This will include making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services. Data will be provided and you will be required to make a high number of calls per day; an attractive bonus will be paid for achieving the call quota each day. You will also be required to do your own research and target new clients. You will have the opportunity to up-sell our services to existing clients if we do not already provide that service to them. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience within telesales and be used to achieving targets and produce a high volume of out bound calls. You will be working in our central Hertford office and be comfortable working with others. We're looking for an individual who enjoys interacting with clients and is able to establish a rapport quickly. Our ideal candidate can communicate effectively, take initiative and follow instructions while multi-tasking across multiple projects.
There will be uncapped commission with this role
Responsibilities:
- Target new potential clients
- Speak with existing clients about our services
- Manage correspondence with customers and other representatives
- Use a computer, calculator, and telephone to complete work tasks
