As a Paid Media Manager at our rapidly growing social agency, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising paid campaigns across a range of social platforms.

As a social media native with a proven track record in paid media management and PPC, you'll have a deep understanding of the platforms and an ability to speak the language of our target audiences. You’ll also be a data-driven problem-solver who can analyse and interpret metrics to optimise campaigns and set objectives.

This role is an opportunity to be a key player and influence the trajectory of a business that’s ready to scale. We want to enable you to develop your skills in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Our strong client base and great reputation will give you an excellent opportunity to build your portfolio and gain valuable industry experience. Additionally, working with a growing agency guarantees that you will be able to gain experience with a diverse range of projects and clients.

What you'll do.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for global clients across multiple platforms – primarily social with the option of paid search depending on experience.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimisation – including strategy, setup, monitoring, and day-to-day budget management.
  • Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs.
  • Assist the creative team with ad creation through research, ideation and strategic direction.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined objectives.
  • Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and new technologies

Requirements.

  • Practical experience working on successful paid social media campaigns.
  • Quantitative ability and understanding of digital media analytics, i.e. how to set up and report on relevant metrics.
  • Demonstrable experience developing creative strategies relevant to social media advertising.
  • Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends.

The good stuff.

  • The opportunity to be an early, key player and shape the future of an ambitious business with its sights set on growth.
  • A hybrid-working approach. Our office is in Glasgow, but we offer hybrid working. This role also has the option to be full-time or part-time.
  • £250 yearly education allowance. We’ll provide you with £250 annually to learn absolutely anything - it doesn’t need to relate to social media. Whether it's learning to play the guitar or knitting a jumper.
  • A brand new Macbook.

Salary.

  • £22,000 - £25,000 per year DOE
