As a Facilities TD Mechanical Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support safety and certification for Intel safety programs to ensure an Injury Free Workplace.
• Provides facilities engineering ownership for sustaining excellence by driving safety, environmental, quality, output, and cost objectives.
• Ensure systems operate safe and reliably with core business to ensure factory uptime including owning system documentation and maintenance strategy.
• Support facilities project planning and execution of scope, schedule, and budget with potential interface and coordination of internal and external organizations.
• Support facilities technology & development for the Virtual Factory Network to maintain and improve factory operations.
• Provides facilities engineering leadership for process technology transfers to the Virtual Factory Network.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with safety, code, and Intel standards.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and internship or lab research study of relevant experience in the engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with Mechanical (Exhaust abatement), Chemical, Environmental, or Electrical systems
• Experience with Engineering sustaining support in large-scale manufacturing or facility services support.
• Experience with Statistical Process control (Instrumentation, PCS).
• Experience with Operations and maintenance of rotating machinery.
• Experience with Maintenance or Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Experience with Project planning, coordination, and integration.
• Experience with Commissioning Mechanical systems.Experience with Identifying, analyzing, and solving immediate issues with technical equipment.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
