MATHS TEACHER
Location: HARLOW
Salary: £100 - £210 per day

Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment where students can explore the depth and breadth of mathematical concepts with curiosity and confidence.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to make abstract mathematical concepts tangible and relatable.
• Encourage problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking through real-world applications of mathematics.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, guiding them towards mastery and supporting their individual learning goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive and progressive mathematics curriculum that aligns with national standards and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant teaching certification or licensure.
• Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary level, with a track record of student achievement.
• Strong knowledge of the mathematics curriculum, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest developments and best practices in mathematics education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures every student's mathematical abilities.
