An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a fast paced maternity unit providing care and kindness to women and their families.
As a Maternity Care Assistant you will be supporting midwives and other member of the multi-disciplinary team in ensuring exemplary, high quality care is given to women and their families in a clean and safe environment. This may involve direct patient care where you will be undertaking observations, caring for women post-surgery and supporting women in the immediate postnatal period. A crucial part of your role will be ensuring the environment is clean, safe and functional. This will involve the cleaning of clinical areas, ensuring all areas are fully stocked and stores are maintained at appropriate levels.
