We are currently looking for a motivated Master Data Administrator to join our team!
Purpose of Role
Maintenance of SAP master data, supporting all UK manufacturing sites including distilleries along with multiple overseas sites across relevant International Beverage group companies, liaising with personnel in cross functional teams.
Work in collaboration with colleagues who are responsible for gathering required master data information and ensuring they provide all data in a standardised methodology.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data supporting procurement, manufacturing, sales, marketing, financial processes, and reporting requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Using current business systems, responsible for the accurate creation, control, and ownership of specified master data within SAP in accordance with rules defined by process owners and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with cross functional, group process and data owners, to develop and improve a standardised methodology for provision of required master data.
- Execute integrity reports ensuring data accuracy and alignment to guidelines, within a defined maintenance calendar.
- Provide analysis reports to process owners, potentially impacted by inaccurate data, and agree appropriate corrective actions.
- Liaise with colleagues responsible for gathering required product sustainability information linked to internal targets and compliance reporting requirements.
- Provide administrative support and input for any specific project with master data requirements.

Scope of Role
The Master Data Administrator will be required to create and maintain SAP master data for multiple International Beverage entities. This includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing components, manufactured cased goods, point of sale products, and customer master records.
Liaise with colleagues in other group companies to ensure that all relevant master data is maintained as requested, adhering to common formatting rules and group policy audit requirements.
The Master Data Administrator is responsible for providing the business with a standardised approach for master data maintenance requests.
The relevant operational business users have the responsibility to gather and submit master data requests following the standardised approach provided.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, 34 hour working week, hybrid flexible working.
- Required to work reasonable additional hours as necessitated by the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAP is highly desirable for this role.
- Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain welcomed.
- Microsoft Office 365 skills essential particularly excel.
- Data driven with understanding of reporting outputs.
