We're currently looking for a Massage Therapist/Receptionist to join our team of passionate practitioners, working closely with the Manager to optimise the running of the clinic. The role is a mix of hands on treatment time and administration work. There is room for promotion to a Supervisory position.
Based in the West End of Edinburgh we offer hands on Physiotherapy, Sports and Remedial Massage and Complementary treatments such as manual lymphatic drainage and Aromatherapy massage. Some responsibilities include:
- Providing a high standard of massage treatments
- Managing social media content
- Assisting with driving revenue generation
- Book keeping and data entry
- Liaise with the Manager on forecasts, targets and stock levels
- Log and track all client feedback , providing timely responses to all comments
What we’re looking for

- Qualified beauty therapist or massage therapist to NVQ level 3 or above
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Superb organisational, communication and initiative skills

We're ideally looking for someone to start within the next 3 to 6 weeks, however this can be flexible for the right candidate. With this role you will be working 40 hours per week Tuesday to Saturday which will include some evenings as the clinic is open from 8am until 8pm. The shifts will most likely be:
- Tuesday 11-8pm
- Wednesday 8-5pm
- Thursday 12-8pm
- Friday 8-4.30pm
- Saturday 8-4pm
