Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in an upscale and dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a VIP Waitress to join a team at a distinguished location in the heart of Embankment. As a VIP Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our esteemed clientele.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Daytime Shift unless event days, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an unparalleled dining experience to our VIP guests, catering to their individual preferences and needs.
• Efficiently handle guest orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance, upholding the highest standards of presentation and demeanor.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of orders.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, making informed recommendations and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy, ensuring swift resolution and a positive guest experience.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or upscale restaurant setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation, exuding professionalism at all times.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
• Flexibility to work daytime shifts and adjust to evening shifts for special events.
