We now have a great opportunity for a Marketplace Logistics Admin Assistant to join our Team. This role works with our European Marketplaces and is responsible for tracking the deliveries and updating of status processing, to ensure we deliver efficiently to plan. This involves completing all administrative tasks required to support the delivery plan, including pallet segregation and tracking, reporting and error monitoring.
You will be involved in:
- Taking responsibility for coordinating the delivery of Marketplace orders fulfilled via 3rd party logistics, to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Liaising with Marketplace teams and other support functions to ensure the delivery plan is tracking on time
- Building strong relationships with our 3rd party logistics suppliers and Marketplace teams to ensure delivery plan is delivered
- Maintain the tracker which tracks pallets and orders, including highlighting where pallets are stored for too long and ensuring 3rd party logistics have visibility of movement and capacity
We are looking for someone who can work under their own initiative, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and working with targets. In addition, you will need:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- To be highly organised
- Moderate Excel proficiency and able to utilise VLOOKUP
- Initiate and build strong relationships

This role will be required to work from our Paddington Support Centre 3 days a week.
