Job description
Alipay is a third-party mobile and online payment platform, established in Hangzhou, China in February 2004 by Alibaba Group and its founder Jack Ma. In 2015, Alipay moved its headquarters to Pudong, Shanghai, although its parent company Ant Financial remains Hangzhou-based.
Responsibilities
- Plan, Design and maintain Alipay UK marketing platform to facilitate user engagement and platform traffic.
- Manage brand POS material (POSM) including stock management, POSM design and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including middle-office, product, UED, and customer care teams, to coordinate business initiatives and marketing efforts.
- Work with external business partners/vendors to execute campaigns and projects.
- Regular visit to key merchants and commercial areas, check and update Alipay in-store presence, conduct staff training and collect on-site feedback.
- Develop ideas and execute marketing campaign for UK market.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
- Professional communication and writing skills in both mandarin Chinese and English.
- Project management skills including time management and organisational skill.
- Great knowledge in retail.
- Solid computer skills including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Past digital/online marketing & operations experience preferred.
- Photoshop, InDesign skills preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £25,652.00-£27,231.00 per year
