About the role
We're looking for an insight-driven content marketer to help us engage audiences with well-researched, targeted content that builds our brand awareness, credibility and findability.
As part of the Marketing Team, the Content Marketing Executive be a versatile copywriter with the drive to track and improve content based on keyword data and market insights. We need someone who has the creativity to see the big picture, but the attention to detail to get hands-on and produce high-quality content with SEO in mind.
Day-to-day, you’ll be creating content that informs, engages and converts our audience while building our brand authority. Whether it's a blog post, an infographic or a new product page, you’ll be crafting stories that connect to our audience and inspire them to act. If you have an eye for design, that’s a great bonus too.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Content Marketing Executive will work within the Marketing Team to deliver the content and SEO strategy for Westfield Health.
· Support the Content & PR Manager to deliver the online content strategy, ensuring content is on brand, optimised for search and in line with our core messages.
· Collaborate with the wider marketing team, subject matter experts, stakeholders and partners to deliver clear, relevant and compelling content that positions Westfield Health as the go-to expert (thought leader) for health and wellbeing.
· Plan, write and design content assets including infographics, web pages, reports, PDFs and videos, and identify opportunities to effectively re-use content.
· Craft engaging, compelling and optimised copy for our website, blog and wellbeing advice hub.
· Plan and produce new blog content, identifying new features and functionality for the blog to increase engagement and improve conversion rates.
· Use design tools (Canva, Adobe) to create visual assets to support our written content and help it reach new audiences.
· Use SEO best practice to drive brand awareness, engagement and findability for campaigns and product launches.
· Measure and report on the business impact of content marketing campaigns and on-going activity (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
· Work with colleagues to understand user behaviours to help create on-page and off-page content that improves the customer journey.
· Audit and regularly review and update content to make sure all content, past and present, remains accurate, accessible and on brand.
· Work with our PR agency to deliver content alongside PR campaigns, ensuring our website supports these campaigns and is aligned with our wider PR strategy.
· Identify new trends in SEO and content marketing to ensure we stay ahead of the game.

Education and Qualifications
Desired:
· Educated to degree level.
Experience
Required:
· Experience of planning and writing digital content and evaluating its performance against keyword and content KPIs.
· Experience writing within tone of voice guidelines.
· Experience writing both short form and long form copy.
· Some experience of planning content based around keyword research.
· Some experience of using quantitative and qualitative data to create content.
· Some experience of directing and working with agencies and suppliers.
· Some experience of working with content management systems (ideally Wordpress) and tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
· Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) or other design software.
Desired:
· Experience of identifying user needs and advocating for the user experience.
· Some experience of using customer and market intelligence to develop and adapt approach.
Skills
Required:
· Strong writing skills, with the ability to write clear and accurate copy in a range of different styles across different channels.
· Ability to identify a story, angle or talking point and build thoughtful content around it.
· Knowledge of SEO strategy and best practice.
· Knowledge of graphic design concepts and best practice.
· Analytical and data driven, with the ability to analyse, evaluate and present information in a way that’s easy to understand.
· Ability to juggle a busy work schedule whilst maintaining quality and the ability to prioritise projects and tasks.
· Ability to work unsupervised, using your own initiative.
· Ability and desire to seek out and test new ways of working, the courage to challenge the norm and the drive to continually improve.
· Proofreading and editing.
· Strong verbal, written and presentational communication skills in conveying concepts to a range of stakeholders.
Desired:
· Video editing.
