Operations Analyst/Associate - Marketing

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic analyst/associate to help support the marketing operations team across a variety of activities. We are an early-stage business, and you will be working in an agile environment within the operations team, working alongside teams such as marketing, CX, controls, finance and sourcing, with plenty of opportunities to build your skills and make an impact.

You will be responsible for day-to-day support of the marketing and growth team across planning, processes, budget management and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning activities across the Marketing & Growth team
  • Process support for marketing & growth processes working closely with stakeholders across the team to identify and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes
  • Have responsibility for budget management and tracking within the marketing and growth team
  • Support onboarding of new vendors and management of existing vendors
  • Help support marketing & growth team on a day-to-day basis

Key Skills and Experience
  • BA/BS degree, ideally in business-related degree or marketing
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Self-starting attitude with good organisational skills
  • Minimum 1 years' experience
  • Experience in Retail Banking and/or regulated market helpful
