This team will play a major part in delivering on the recruitment strategy, attracting the quality and diversity of students that will benefit from studying at a prestigious university with a clear vision for future impact.
We are seeking maternity cover for one year to cover the role of our Marketing Manager - Subject Advertising and Social Media. We are looking for someone who is ready to deliver on our existing plans and join our fantastic new Campaigns Teams to lead on the development of our Subject Advertising Plans, and Social Media Plan for recruitment.
As Marketing Manager - Subject Advertising and Social Media, you will be responsible for subject level advertising and social media at subject and campaigns level, to drive and support the University's recruitment, growth and conversion strategy. You will work in partnership with the Faculty Marketing, the International Marketing and the Campaign Marketing teams to develop subject level advertising and social media content plans, facilitating and managing implementation. You’ll also work with our in-house PPC team, and our external media agency with a focus on strategic priorities to deliver against our student number plans.
About you: You’ll bring an experience of planning and implementing marketing plans, including significant experience in social media, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Your skills in project management and working to planned deadlines will be an important skill set, as well as developing plans based on data and insight. You will have a good understanding of paid search advertising and have previous experience of working with media agencies and creating and managing advertising campaigns. Adept at relationship-building, you’ll be able to work proactively with different stakeholders and across a network of internal and external teams to effectively deliver on our advertising and social media plans.
