Marketing Manager - Europe London, England

Qatar Airways have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers. As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Marketing Manager Europe.
Based in London, you will report to the Manager Digital & Marketing and be responsible for the strategy and planning of marketing campaigns within the European region.
You will work closely with the role’s Loyalty Manager and Digital Manager counterparts, while managing a strong team of Marketing Officers and Specialists across Europe to deliver on our key commercial priorities.
Specific Accountabilities include:
- Work with the Digital, Loyalty and Marketing Operations Managers in Europe and Doha, to co-operatively develop and plan strategic B2B and B2C initiatives, providing regionalised inputs to ensure relevance to the market context.
- Plan and communicate end to end B2B and B2C campaign timelines and deliverables with your team and other key stakeholders, defining key campaign objectives, budget proposals, creative assets and post campaign reporting.
- Ensure best use of the assigned marketing budget in the most cost efficient way to achieve the agreed campaign KPIs and commercial performance.
- Liaise and work with sales teams to incorporate feedback and requirements while planning B2B and B2C campaigns objectives supporting relevant targets
- Monitor closely the day to day marketing campaigns of the assigned region ensuring that the team is aligned with the established processes and timelines and provides regular tracking and reports to the leadership teams in the regions and head office.
- Line manage and coach a team of high performing European marketers, developing their individual skillsets and empowering them to perform at their best, with a strong focus on evidence-based output.

About you - The successful person will have:
- Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Communications or a relevant field
- Solid experience in marketing roles with strategic and hands on management style
- Proven experience directly managing teams with a proven track record of employee development and performance.
- Experience in campaign management, corporate business acquisition and partnerships
- Strong digital experience
