Marketing Manager
Status: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + public holidays
Area: Hull City Centre
Location: P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery Centre (Hull)
Salary: £26,813 (£13.75 per hour)
Job Role:
As P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead on the implementation of our marketing strategy. In doing so, the successful candidate will help build our brand and raise our profile amongst or different target audiences.
You’ll be a highly motivated, proactive, forward thinker, with a track-record for planning, executing, and analysing numerous marketing activities. You will have experience of using analytical tools across multi-channels, including social media, websites, email, and paid media. You will also have previous direct line management experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of our overall marketing strategy.
- Implement our marketing strategy.
- Update marketing plan, targets, CRM and KPI reporting.
- Work with our in-house creative team to create insightful and engaging website content, including webpage copy, blog updates and testimonials.
- Manage the output and interaction across all our social media channels.
- Create regular email newsletters communicating to our different target audiences.
- Create relationships and feature opportunities with local and national press & publications in order to raise awareness of the charity.
- Oversee the creation of physical marketing collateral such as booklets and posters.
- Attend events organised by P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery and other organisations on behalf of the charity.
- Create commercial opportunity openings for the charity in the local community.
- Manage & motivate the marketing team.
- Monitor, analyse and report on online initiatives through a variety of tools and processes.
- Deliver agreed monthly Key Performance Indicators and Objectives as defined by the company strategy.
What About You?
- A clear passion for charity work with a history of charity involvement.
- A minimum of 3 year’s experience in a marketing role.
- Experience of direct line management.
- Experience in marketing planning.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Confident in Microsoft 365/Office Packages – PowerPoint, word, excel.
- Confident in use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Google Analytics & Paid Advertising tools.
- Competent copywriting skills.
- People oriented with excellent listening and communication skills.
- Receptive to feedback and willingness to meet deadlines.
- A positiveattitude and a growth mindset.
