THE ROLE*
We are looking for a passionate and strong individual to help lead the marketing team of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, voted no.2 in “Best Hotels in London” by Condé Nast Traveler’s Reader’s Choice Awards 2023. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and optimisation of all marketing activity for the hotel, FB outlets and world’s first Nobu Pilates. You will develop and deliver the hotel’s digital and social media strategy including the conception and creation of content used across all media channels.

  • To creatively approach the design and delivery of strategic multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, paid advertising and website landing pages.
  • Manages and maintains the websites up to date, working closely with the digital team at Corporate Office, developers and external agencies.
  • Manages all social media channels from planning through to execution, developing strategies and creating relevant content together with the content agency according to brand guidelines: look, feel, tone of voice.
  • To work in collaboration and support the Director of Marketing and Communications to build 'on brand/on message’ campaigns.
  • Evaluates and presents new opportunities across existing/emerging digital platforms for paid, content and collaborative campaigns.
  • Ongoing content research, creation and distribution across platforms to build engagement, credibility and trust.
  • To ensures all channels (online, PPC, social media, PR) have brand consistency and are aligned in achieving the business objectives and raising awareness of the hotel.
  • Proactively identify and solicit new business opportunities to pass to the proactive sales team to achieve personal targets and hotel revenue goals.
  • To measure performance through brand engagement measures, cost, and ROI.
  • To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
  • As part of the management team deliver the overall vision for the direction and strategy.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Expert in various Content Management Systems (CMS), as well as email marketing and social media tools.
  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
  • Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills utilising a range of online tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords and other analytics software, preferably from the travel sector.
  • Minimum 3 years experience implementing SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
