You will lead and manage the Compliance Advisory team of this long established and high profile Global Insurer and Lloyd’s Syndicate. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, provide a solution driven approach and develop the individuals in your team.
Experience working in Compliance for a UK based insurance firm is required. In addition you will need to demonstrate capability to engage with senior stakeholders and to develop individuals in your team.
