Due to our continued growth, we’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team as we push forward to launch an exciting new brand in the UK…
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the Director of UK & Ireland to manage and launch an exciting new brand in the UK across sports and casino.
- Strong focus on P&L, ROI, managing budgets and hitting growth targets for LeoVegas, and our associated brands
- Produce forecasts, present data and make recommendations to senior management for future marketing campaigns
- Manage, develop and leverage high profile sports partnerships
- Support, develop and implement marketing strategy for the region, including online, offline, digital, traditional, audio, affiliates, ambassadors, events, and other marketing channels.
- Take the lead on planning and the execution of campaigns
- Coordinate marketing activities with external agencies, suppliers, partners, and vendors.
- Report on campaign performance.
- Assist in production of campaign assets with internal design team and external agency.
- Coordinate with all teams across the business to champion the needs and priorities of the sports market and brands on an ongoing basis to ensure efficiency and ROI.
- Report on and own the KPIs for sports marketing campaigns
- Ensure all current and future legislation is observed in relation to operations & marketing communication.
- With support of the business intelligence team, follow-up and analyse marketing activities to make sure it is all in line with budgets and targets, ensuring clear reporting and action plans to counter any failing results.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market including competitor analysis and regulatory developments
Who we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience within paid media, and a genuine passion for sports
- A creative problem solver
- Excellent analytical skills
- Highly self-driven and able to work under pressure if needed
- Good project management skills
- Good understanding of relevant numbers/KPIs for all marketing channels
- An ability to work autonomously
- Be familiar with working in a highly performance driven environment
