You will play an important role in advancing Impero Software’s lead generation, brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives in the UK market. Our ideal marketing manager can self-manage projects and work collaboratively with multiple departments across the company.
The employee has excellent communication skills and knows the basics of lead generation best practices. Work directly with the Senior Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute Impero Software’s marketing strategy.
Day-to-day tasks may include:
- Manage the creation and execution of our email marketing & Social Media activities with a strong focus on the US and UK markets.
- Coordinate virtual events for the UK region in collaboration with local sales representatives and events marketing manager.
- Make systematic improvements to the WordPress website, as needed and assigned by the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts. Build strong relationships to ensure a consistent feedback look is maintained between sales and marketing.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions.
- Analyze campaign results to choose the best solutions and solve problems.
- Maintain brand voice and guidelines with every outbound marketing activity.
- Coordinate with the design team to complete design assets promptly.
- Support ad hoc marketing tasks as required by the business.
- Strong understanding of email best practices and optimizing for deliverability.
- Experience creating and optimizing content for social media platforms in a B2B setting.
- Experience with the education industry in some capacity is preferred.
- Highly organized and able to perform in fast-paced environment.
- Experience using a task management platform to coordinate project completion and delivery.
- An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources.
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
- Knowledge of key MarTech platforms such as:
o HubSpot or ClickDimensions
o WordPress
o Canva or Adobe Suite
o SEMRush or another SEO platform
o Google AdWords, Analytics, Search Console
o LuckyOrange

This is a full-time, permanent role and will be primarily remote based. The ability to travel to our Nottingham office on occasion to meet with colleagues is preferred.
