Marketing Manager - Hybrid working

You would be based in East Kilbride in state-of-the-art office facilities 3 days per week and 2 days working from home, some travel may be involved.
Overall Goal of Role
To create and implement an overall marketing plan for Eureka Solutions that generate leads and raises the company’s profile within our target markets. Communicate this plan and ongoing activity status to the rest of the marketing team in a regular and structured fashion. Gain feedback and buy-in to ensure the best results from our resources and spend. Successful line management of the marketing team to achieve the company's marketing goals.
KPIs
- Number of Leads Generated
- Number of QSOs Generated
- Digital Analytics i.e., Number of Visitors on site
- Number of Marketing events/Activities per month
Responsibilities
- Development of marketing strategies and campaigns working with the directors
- Shared responsibility for the marketing budget with the directors
- Create and own a creative marketing communications plan for the target market(s) that
o Communicates value proposition
o Assists with lead generation
o Raises Eureka’s profile
- Develop the digital marketing strategy and execute this within the marketing team resources
o Search Engine Optimisation Strategy
o Paid Advertising Strategy (Adwords, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
o Social Media Strategy
- Organise and deliver activities to include online events, seminars, exhibitions, direct mail
- Overall responsibility for the written copy of all marketing material and website content
- Cost out the marketing plan and get buy-in for spend of each activity well in advance of execution
- Manage the relationship with the PR agency to increase awareness of Eureka Solutions
- Propose elements of the plan that should / could be outsourced
- Manage any external resources including initial proposals, costings and delivery
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that your activities are complimented by and compliment those of other team members
- Ensure that the marketing data is up-to-date, accurate and GDPR compliant
- Work as part of a team with the existing marketing and sales staff to ensure that best practice and key learnings from Eureka’s past marketing activities are used to
o Inform the overall plan
o Shape how individual activities are approached and implemented
- Perform staff reviews of staff reporting to the role
- Managing the holiday requests of staff reporting to the role
- Attend and present at monthly team leader meetings
