We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Administrator who is highly intelligent, with strong literacy skills and a quick learner.
This is a multifunctional role, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Your role ( fully supported) is key to maintaining a whole range of disciplines within the Company.
(HR) Administrator:
Working as an HR Administrator, your duties will include updating HR documents and staff records, reviewing company policies, ensuring legal compliance, recording sickness and holiday leave and filing of employment contracts. Booking BMW training courses and accommodation. Contact for office facilities, maintenance and insurance.
We have a paperless system which needs to be maintained and kept up to date with personnel information.
Role Requirements
· CIPD level 3 or 5
· High qualification in English language
· Experienced user of Microsoft package with emphasis on word and Excel
· Proven experience (2 years) within an HR environment
· First-rate communication skills and confidence to liaise across the business, both internal and external
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment, managing and prioritising your workload.
· Be driven to completing tasks and have a meticulous eye for detail
· Self-motivated and highly organised.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
Holiday entitlement 25 days plus bank holidays
