What’s the Job?
You will help create and implement each season’s mainline marketing plan and contribute to the creation and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns .
What will I do?
- Contribute towards brainstorming of campaign and content ideas with the wider team.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns that excite customers and drive brand awareness – from briefing in to executing roll out.
- Working in collaboration with various teams (such as social, creative, ecommerce and merchandising) to deliver marketing campaigns.
- Recognise consumer trends and generate ideas for the commercial calendar, for example, Black Friday, sport fixtures, Christmas etc.
- Help create and implement each season’s mainline marketing plan.
- Manage and coach direct reports (marketing exec and senior content exec) ensuring to carry out regular 1-2-1’s and encourage personal development.
What skills and qualities will I need?
Key skills:
- An experienced marketing professional with 3+ years' marketing experience.
- Confident in the areas of PR, SEO and content marketing.
- Confident liaising with external agencies.
- Have previous experience directly managing and developing junior staff.
- Commercially savvy and performance motivated.
- Capable of engaging, challenging and influencing stakeholders.
Personal qualities:
- An enthusiastic self-starter, an excellent communicator, and a creative thinker.
- Organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Analytical abilities to be able to really evaluate a campaign and report on its performance.
